We work hard to do it better, offering the best products in flooring and carpeting and have excellent installers who are dedicated to customer satisfaction."

Gaither started in the business at age seven, working alongside his father who owned Quality Carpet for 50 years. After receiving a degree in sales and marketing, he spent four years working in corporate communications and sales.

"I realized that I missed the business so I rejoined my father in 1988," said Gaither. In 1995, he opened his own store, Choice Carpet and Flooring in Fairlawn. In 2003, he bought out his father, blended the stores, and renamed it Quality Carpet and Flooring to carry on the family tradition and company name.

"It was important for me to retain my father's reputation and heritage in the business, while offering a more extensive product selection such as ceramic tile, hardwood flooring, laminates, remnants," said Gaither. "Today, most of our business comes from referrals because we make it a point to know our customers and their needs and preferences."

Gaither feels that quality is at the forefront of his store. "When people buy carpeting, they want it to last and want someone who will be there to take care of any details," said Gaither. "With over 50 years in the business, we are strong, stable and readily available to find them the right look and style to complement their home decor. Selling is the easy part. We go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction!"
