They had really good customer service
and they were very prompt. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to
and they were very friendly. We would use them again in the future.

The last job Bob did for me was
replacing my family room carpeting. The room is 24 x 15. He suggested
several types of carpeting for us to choose from, giving pros and cons of
each. We were encouraged to take home large samples. When we couldn't decide
between two samples for color he ordered even larger pieces to help us in
our selection. I have used Bob for over 20 yrs and always found his pricing
to be very competitive.. He carries fine quality merchandise and his sales
people are knowledgeable about the products. Bob has always come to our home
to measure before even giving a "ballpark" figure. This is at no charge. He
grew up in the business as it was owned by his father previously.
Bob measured the area and gave us a price range, high to low, after we told
him the type of carpeting we were considering. For example, we wanted a high
quality nylon not polyester or wool. As stated above, he went out of his way
to be sure we were satisfied with our selection. Much of Bob's business is
word of mouth. He is very interested in your satisfaction and wants you to
be a return customer not just a one time sale to meet a quota. Our old
carpeting and pad were removed and hauled away by his installers. The carpet
is pre cut in his workroom prior to delivery so the installer has less
chance of damage to your home by trying to wrestle a big roll of carpeting
in your home. I have never had a bad experience with Bob. I recommended him
to my clients as well because I trusted his work. When I had forgotten to
clear a large closet so the carpeting could be installed he offered to come
back later to do it at no additional charge. This was not just a special
favor to me; it's the way he does business. Obviously, we were very happy
with the result of our purchase.

I purchased carpet from Quality Carpet earlier
this year, and was very happy with their service and value. They
assisted me in selecting durable carpeting, and their installers did
a very good job. They have been in business for a very long time.
was a good experience. We had a bad experience with another company, and had
to have the carpet ripped out because it was of poor quality. We were very
skeptical about using other companies, and had not used Quality Carpet &
Flooring before. I had spoken with Dianne and she was very helpful. She
called to make sure the scheduling was right and made sure we were ready to
go. The people there, all of them, you couldn't find nicer people. We have
two more rooms to do and will definitely call them again whenever we're
ready for the rest of it.

Excellent service and information from Jim at the store. Brought home samples. Bob,
the owner, did measuring and, with
three contiguous but separate areas to measure (bedroom, walk through
closet, vanity area) was very accurate. Both are friendly, helpful
gentlemen. Installation was professional, speedy, and clean.
I'm sure I could have done more comparison shopping, and, in fact, checked a
bargain-type carpet dealer. But I wanted experience, good advice, and a fair
price. I feel I got that. I also am interested in new kitchen flooring and
will be a return customer when I can afford it. ~ Paula G
